Information you provide

LORE Aesthetics + Wellness collects the contact details and treatment interests you choose to submit through our consultation inquiry form. We use this information to respond to your request and plan your consultation using your email or phone number. Submitting a phone number alone does not provide consent to receive marketing texts.

How consultation inquiries are delivered

Your consultation inquiry is prepared as a PDF and delivered to info@loreaesthetics.com through our email delivery provider. Our website hosting and email providers process information on our behalf to deliver and protect this service. The website does not provide a patient portal. Please do not send medical information through this website. Medical history, symptoms, medications, and clinical intake are handled separately through Aesthetic Record. The website does not request medical history or provide open-ended medical-answer fields.

Email update signups

When you join the email list, we save your email address, signup time and agreement to receive LORE email updates, news and offers. Resend delivers a signup notification to info@loreaesthetics.com. The list is accessible only to the site owner and can be exported for LORE’s future LeadAR email campaigns. No campaigns are sent automatically by this website. Signup emails are separate from consultation requests and are not added to QuickBooks. We retain the signup while you remain on the list. To withdraw consent or request removal, email info@loreaesthetics.com. Future campaign emails will include an unsubscribe option.

Mobile information and text messages

Text messaging is not active, and this website does not collect SMS opt-ins. Submitting a phone number does not enroll you in transactional or marketing texts. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Basic contact details may be processed by the service providers described in this policy to support your consultation request.

Technical information and Google tag

Our hosting provider may process information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and access logs to operate and protect the site. Our marketing pages use a Google Ads tag, which may use cookies and process device and browsing information for advertising measurement. We record clicks on our map directions links as an advertising conversion. Our configured conversion event does not include your intake answers, name, email address, or phone number. The Google Ads tag and Cherry financing widget are not loaded on our consultation intake, privacy, or terms pages. You can manage cookies through your browser and advertising preferences through Google.

Other services

Links to maps, financing, booking, and social-media services take you to providers with their own privacy policies. Information you submit directly to those services is governed by their policies.

Private QuickBooks integration

The LORE administration workspace connects to QuickBooks only after an authorized administrator approves access through Intuit. Consultation requests use your name and the provided email address or phone number to create or match a customer record in LORE’s QuickBooks company. Existing matching records are reused; ambiguous matches are held for review. Treatment interests and medical information are not sent to QuickBooks by this integration.

Client credentials remain in secure server settings. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted in our hosted database and removed when the administrator disconnects successfully. Diagnostic records contain timestamps, operation names, status codes, provider error codes, and support tracking IDs; they omit customer payloads and credentials. Diagnostics are retained for seven days. Pending customer syncs retain encrypted contact details until resolved. After successful synchronization, the local contact payload is removed; a keyed matching identifier and the QuickBooks customer ID remain to prevent duplicates. Disconnecting does not delete customer records already created in QuickBooks. Contact info@loreaesthetics.com with access or data questions.

Clinical privacy

Medical intake is handled separately through Aesthetic Record. This website privacy policy is separate from a healthcare Notice of Privacy Practices and does not replace clinical consent or secure patient communication.
